    US National Holidays and Express Shipping

    Southern Reel Outfitters cannot ship packages on days that are US national holidays. The following dates are affected.

    Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

    We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Changes may be made if your order has not been processed for shipment to go out. If you have any questions regarding your order after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 501-224-6160 for quick assistance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


    Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking information?

    We will email your order receipt to the email provided during checkout immediately after order submission. Emailed shipment updates will be sent in duration of shipment delivery.  If you do not receive an email following your order submission, please email hello@southernreeloutfitters.com or call us at            501-224-6160 to further assist you with your order.

    Sales Tax Information

    Southern Reel Outfitters is registered to do business and required to collect and pay sales tax on all merchandise purchased in Arkansas.


    Gift Cards

    We do not charge sales tax on gift cards. Appropriate tax is charged at the time and place of the gift card’s end use.

    Please keep record of your order number and emailed receipt for any inquiries regarding your order for us to better assist you if needed.

     

    Returns & Exchanges 

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Merchandise.

     

    Need to return an item for an exchange or refund?
    Please call us at 501-224-6160 or email  hello@southernreeloutfitters.com to further assist you. Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number. Also include a brief summary explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
     

    Southern Reel Outfitters will gladly accept all returns on an inspection basis only.

    • All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unopened and un-used.
    • Rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after 60 days. Please refer to manufacturer’s return policy for further information.
    • Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with order summary) on an inspection basis only.
    • Items purchased online may be returned in person to Southern Reel Outfitters retail store.
    • If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
